• Effort of delivering this service is documented = reduced estimation logging
• Expectation setting E.g. Description/outcome of a workshop should be clear = does what it says on the tin

The information below groups our Services into linked capabilities. Where a Scope Document for a service exists on this page, you can quote from it directly without needing to raise an estimation request. If you are the customer need to adapt the scope or challenge the assumptions then an estimation request should be raised.
